Am I the only one having so much problem loading the newest versions of gwguru.com maps? In fact I can't even use them (maybe I could if I were willing to wait long enough for them to load but after 5-10 minutes even I get too bored).

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort and used to use the maps religiously before the recent updates. But if they can't be viewed, isn't all that effort wasted?

Or (again) is it just me?

If you have dial-up, that might be the reason it is taking so long. I have DSL and they load just fine.

The only map I had trouble with was the map of Tyria which took 2 min to load. I don't know why you're having trouble unless like Josh said you're on dial-up

nope not on dial up - cable - and the general map of tyria is the one I am trying to load and it takes much more than 2 minutes to load, as in never cause i am not patient enough to wait past 4-5 minutes.

And if it does "only" take 2 minutes, kindly explain how that doesn't mean there is a problem somewhere? That map used to click right up but now I get to see how it was created by fish over and over and over and over.....again
